Seems "alt.os.development" got a new meaning now, at least
in the funny sounding language used near the Russion border ?
Dear Friends from the North, this is not meant to be offensive,
but the 'OS' in this NG stand for "Operating Systems" in terms
of computer programming and got nothing with political systems.
And I'm afraid not many of us here will understand a single
word from your language anyway.
